My journey with Brendon, Maya, and Ben began a year ago through our collaboration with Sibil.la Ensemble for the production of the medieval music album Viriditas. Our connection and mutual interest in each other’s work were instant and have grown over time, leading to this exciting new venture.
As a vocalist and composer focusing on medieval and contemporary music, my artistic journey has been a continuous exploration of the transformative power of sound. The path of TRPTK resonates with my artistic vision and, in my view, represents and creates a contemporary perspective on experiencing sound in both a studio and a living room.
I am fascinated by the immersive sound environment that TRPTK creates, where illusions alternate and redefine our perception of both space and time. The more I engage in immersive listening, the more it reminds me of our natural way of interacting with sound, developing an awareness that transforms the human experience and creates mental sound maps in everyday life environments.
Stepping into the role of label manager, my goal is to contribute significantly to the expansion and sharing of this vision within contemporary artistic creation and establish enduring relationships with remarkable artists, ensuring clear communication and collaboration. Additionally, I am committed to doing my best to ensure their own work and vision reaches new audiences and captures the attention of influential figures within the music industry.
I am excited to contribute to fostering a vibrant and engaged community around TRPTK, where listeners and artists alike can actively participate in an ongoing dialogue about the transformative potential of immersive sound. Last, together with the unique family of TRPTK, we are part of a journey to not only shape the record label itself, but also to cultivate an environment where the immersive audio experience becomes an integral part of artistic expression and appreciation.
I am also happy to share my three favorite albums on TRPTK, on which I’ve applied a 25% discount! Here they are, in no particular order.
